Consumers attitudes to poultry products

Odnos potrošača prema živinskim proizvodima

Abstract
In the paper are outlined some results obtained in 1978,1981,1990. and 2001 by surveying consumers concerning their attitude to poultry meat and eggs. For instance, in 1978. more than 93% of consumers like to eat chicken meat. The percentage of consumer which like to eat eggs decreased from 92,7% in 1978, to 75% in 1990, and 68,5% in 2001. The most important trait in decision fox buying eggs was their freshness. The percentage of consumers supporting the banning of cages for egg production increased from 6,4% in 1981, to 10,3% in 1990. It was concluded that surveying of consumers concerning their attitude to poultry products could more important for the development and the future of poultry industry.
U svakom lancu proizvodnje najznačajnija je poslednja karika - potrošač. Za svaku proizvodnju, pa i živinarsku, veoma je bitno da se zna zašto potrošač kupuje proizvod i kakve želje u odnosu na proizvod on ima. Ispitivanjima odnosa potrošača prema živinskim proizvodima kod nas se poklanjala znatna pažnja. Od 70-tih do kraja 80-tih obavljeno je vise ispitivanja usmerenih u različitim pravcima. Kao metoda korišćena je anketa, a njome su obuhvaćeni pretežno kupci i potrošači iz Beograda, najvećeg tržišta živinskih proizvoda u zemlji. Prikaz rezultata ovih ispitivanja ima za cilj da bude polazna osnova za sire razmatranje navedene problematike i podsticaj za dalja istraživanja u ovom pravcu.

AB  - U svakom lancu proizvodnje najznačajnija je poslednja karika - potrošač. Za svaku proizvodnju, pa i živinarsku, veoma je bitno da se zna zašto potrošač kupuje proizvod i kakve želje u odnosu na proizvod on ima.
